Hello!
I recently lost 40 pounds and I am finally in my healthy BMI range. I am trying to learn to love exercising and to lead a healthy, fit life.
Running is my chosen form of exercise, and my new goal is to incorporate strength training a couple of days a week.
I eat healthy most of the time, but weekends are still my downfall. I sabotage myself greatly when I am at home, so my new challenge is to come up with a new plan for the weekends.

Say it ain't so! Haha. Yeah, I had to be extremely productive yesterday in order to justify going out. And then I planned on leaving earlier than I did but the music just kept drawing me in! I may be tired today, but that's what coffee is for, right? Lol

Thank you! Yesterday was non stop without the option of breaks. Today is non stop errands. Hoping to have time to catch up with everyone tonight. I'm sorry to read that you're still struggling with not working out. Right there with ya, sister. We can make it through!
