Re-Programming

Hello!
I recently lost 40 pounds and I am finally in my healthy BMI range. I am trying to learn to love exercising and to lead a healthy, fit life.
Running is my chosen form of exercise, and my new goal is to incorporate strength training a couple of days a week.
I eat healthy most of the time, but weekends are still my downfall. I sabotage myself greatly when I am at home, so my new challenge is to come up with a new plan for the weekends.

Very true about the book. It's one of my favorites :) I hardly said anything to him today and just kept reading. He finally asked me what it was I was reading... I just said why do you want to know? Sometimes I have a hard time keeping to myself when I am upset so it really helped me today.

Say it ain't so! Haha. Yeah, I had to be extremely productive yesterday in order to justify going out. And then I planned on leaving earlier than I did but the music just kept drawing me in! I may be tired today, but that's what coffee is for, right? Lol
