Re-Programming

I am finally in the maintenance stage of my journey after losing 40 lbs.
I have come a long way, but there is room for improvement. That is what I am working on now.
I believe that we are forever evolving - which way is up to us. I choose the healthy, fit lifestyle that has been good to me the last year. I finally enjoy working out, and pushing my limits. I am always trying new things and love to hear how others stay motivated and fit.

Buon giorno cara, yes I sure needed turbo shoes. I am always going in and assessing children and can not interact with the children so it is nice to go in and be a worker. This is part of our CPD (continuous professional development). We have to do 30 hrs a year. I think ot makes you a better teacher as keeps you updated. Now to chase after big students.

WELL DONE FOR PLAYING TENNIS, I WAS GIVEN A HULA HOOP WORKOUT FROM A 6 YEAR OLD AND BOY DID SHE MAKE ME WORK! SHE FIRST GOT ME TO WIND MY HIP, BACK AND FORTH, BACK AND FORTH, THEN TO BALANCE THE HOOP ON MY HEAD, RUN WITH THE HOOP FORWARD AND BACKWARDS, OH MY DAYS I ACHE!

HEY HUN, HOPE YOU ARE WELL, I AM FINE, AND KEEPING GOING, A LITTLE TIRED, BUT I CAN WALK, MOVE, SO I AM BLESSED, I HAVE A FRIEND WITH M.S AND SHE TRULY IS AN INSPIRATION TO ME, AS SHE CAN NOT WALK NOR USE HER LEFT ARM, BUT NOTHING STOPS HER. WHENEVER MY BODY IS WEARY, I THINK OF HER AND PUSH INTO MY MIND I CAN DO THIS, LITTLE STEPS ARE FINE.
