My Goals:
Shrink!
I want to lose three inches a week until I'm small enough not to have to shop in "plus" sections.

My Program:
I'm doing the Power 90 workouts and I love them. I'm also slowly changing how I eat from a starch-loving vegetarian junk food addict to a more balanced diet that includes limited meat and lots of veggies.

Personal Information:
I'm a researcher and writer living in the Virgin Islands, but my home is near the coast in sunny San Diego.

I'm a super-bookworm and all-around nerd.
