For today
I've never been good at focusing on distant goals, so as I work on being healthier I'm really focusing on the idea that "for today" I will be supportive of myself and work to do what will help me in the long run

My Goals:
I start this journey at least 150 pounds overweight. My desire is to be an average sized woman, able to buy clothes in a regular store for regular people. I want to be as healthy as possible so that I can inspire someone else to take this journey and succeed.
My Program:
I am working to take an honest look at what I've done to myself and how I can change my attitude toward myself while I work on becoming more physically fit. I use walk videos several days a week, walke 30 minutes to an hour every night, find corie burning yard work to do, and work out with stretch bands. I work on keeping my calorie count below 2000/day. My main focus really is on changing my way of thinking when it comes to my lifestyle. The Word says "with God all things are possible" and I have to hold on to His promise that what I ask in His Name will be taken care of . I believe with His help I can do this.
Personal Information:
I'm origonally a Kentucky girl, now living in Indiana. I am 57 years old and have a married 27 year old daughter. She and her wonderful husband live in a neighboring town and have an English Mastiff for me to spoil.
Other Information:
"I can do all things through Christ Jesus which strengtheneth me." I have many hobbies and interests. I go many places and present as a Christian motivational speaker, primarily to women's groups, and sing Southern Gospel music. I quilt, sew, knit, crochet, tat, paint, write, and anything else I can come up with. I garden, mostly flowers, and work in my big yard. God has richly blessed my life and I so appreciate His loving kindness.
