In March 2009 I quit my job b/c of headaches and migraines. I hope by losing weight my pain will be under control and I can go back to work.

I am going to try to workout everyday and control my portions.

Thanks for the comment. I've been a procrastinator most of my life. I've tried making lists before, but then I'd still get overwhelmed. And I wouldn't reward myself. I think that part of training a new habit is rewarding.
