I Have been on Spark for some time now......Love watching the fitness videos. Watching everyone loose weight in their own ways motivates me to think outside the box. I am the one in pink, on my page....this pic was taken about 10 years ago....

My Goals:
Goal to loose 35 pounds at least. Would love to get back into shape and learn to run again!!! But will have to start out slowly per current fitness level!

Personal Information:
Hello- I am 44 married, no children, just fur babies!! \When I was young, I was always underweight and had to add calories to every meal just to maintain a weigh of 98 lb!!! years later, in my late20's went thu major health issues, and 5 surgeries later thryroid VERY low, and excessive weight gain. Have been struggling with weight since my 30's....up until now...just kept adding 5-10 lbs each year!....reached 150!! not a good look for me, not healthy or happy! Trying to get my life back on track...refound GOD and purpose in life....:)
my father passed away over 11 years mother was very healthly and self efficient....then had major stroke just over a year siblings and I selling her home...she hated nursing homes and moved in with me and my husband last April 2013....quit my job and now take care of her fulltime....wake up call for me....and Ready to put me back first and back into shape before I go down the same road! Life is precious and too short to be happy

    Hi! Thanks for adding me and introducing yourself. Nice to meet another Kansas girl. I moved here from Nebraska when we got married which was 27 years ago so I've lived in Kansas longer now!

    I joined Spark in 2010 and lost the 25 pounds I could never lose before. I would like to lose 10 more but I've been maintaining for more than 5 years and I'm pretty happy where I'm at. I love to run outside which is a challenge in the winter but I try to keep it up as best I can.
