I am below 70k and have stayed there fore 14 months now

My Program:
Healthy food and exercise programme

Walk 30+ miles a week and do 3000+ minutes a mouth exercise

Personal Information:
I live the UK in what is called the Medway Towns, North Kent.

I retired in 2009 and took up this journey in July 2012. I have not looked back since I started but kept looking forward.

Hi! Thanks for the helpful hints! I did the 5 mile challenge of getting 10,000 steps a day and just started the Bodyweight Blast along with getting in my steps. So far so good, and believe me I will be asking for help. Thanks again!
