I am below 70k and have stayed there fore 14 months now

My Program:
Healthy food and exercise programme

Walk 30+ miles a week and do 3000+ minutes a mouth exercise

Personal Information:
I live the UK in what is called the Medway Towns, North Kent.

I retired in 2009 and took up this journey in July 2012. I have not looked back since I started but kept looking forward.

You get well and rest that foot...better to rest for a while and heal up then have a lot worse problem later...I have paid those prices before..went gungho..1st time around sp..jumped rope like an ape...goto where I'd do 2-3 hrs. a day....started to cross the road a little briskly...and bang a white light hit me..tore muscles in my calf..doctor said it was so close to breaking my leg...and took me 3 months of rehab to get well..so take it easy and get plenty of rest you'll feel better in the long-run..rico emoticon emoticon emoticon

trev-...I see your walking the virtual 5k's now too...was the jogging hard on you..I did good till I got gung-ho and ran on pavement for 6 miles...wasn't able to walk right for a wk. after...yeah..walking for me for a while..just wondering what made you switch back to walking..I wasn't getting much better times while walking/jogging both...I figured I would at least have been in the 30's..gotta let my body speed up on it's own I guess....I miss the running days..but they will prob never return for me...really been loving your pics...your quite my inspiration...rico emoticon emoticon emoticon
