I am below 70k and have stayed there for over 24 months now

Healthy food and exercise programme

Walk 30+ miles a week and do 3000+ minutes a mouth exercise

I live the UK in what is called the Medway Towns, North Kent.

I retired in 2009 and took up this journey in July 2012. I have not looked back since I started but kept looking forward.

I was trying to compare the calories burned as reported by different methods. The fitbit gave me lots more steps & calorie burn then my SPAT, both of which were higher than my own estimation.
I once had a pedometer that gave me miles of steps when driving to work - lots of stop and go traffic and foot movement I suppose.
My best measure of how I'm doing is still the trend of my daily weight over time and the best method is to stay right here and keep at it.

oh ok mines is because of the strong meds my dr has me on but we cut that in half and its working so far i think it messes with equilibrium when it goes so low and up and down for months when i bent over i get light headed but he gave me meds for motion sickness they working but it makes me drowsy but ill take that any day most people dont know that its effecting them unless they check there blood pressure on a reg basic maybe they think they just not feeling right like i blamed it on my ears lol have a blessed one my friend
