My Goals:
I'm around 150 pounds which is overweight on my smaller frame. My goal is to reach around 120-125, a more healthy weight. I'm more concerned about abdominal fat right now as there are medical issues in the family that I am wary of.

My Program:
I'm trying a basic program of eating better (less and healthier) and getting more exercise, particularly cardio.

Personal Information:
I am a zookeeper. This is a physical job, so being healthy is extra important for me as I need to be able to work without exerting myself.

Other Information:
I love the quiet life. I love hanging out with my few close friends, reading, crocheting, animals, tennis, playing board games and just enjoying a quiet evening at home.

Let's see if we can move that ball 1!!
I remember the first time I ever hit a tennis ball.
My poor husband lobed it over to me and I hit it
as hard as I could... it flew by him emoticon , went over the
fence in the back, and was gone!! He looked at me
and said...have you played this before? All I ever seen
was on TV and they seem like they nail it.... wrong!
Oh well I hit it easy and eventually it was fun!
So get out that racket little one... match on!! emoticon
and yes... emoticon can go get the foul balls!

Here it is last day of Sept. WOW where does the
emoticon go?

I was thinking of you today if you have to work
outside in this rain! emoticon They say when
this Low finally moves it is going to be replaced
by some blustery cold weather. So the only thing
I can think of is ... hang in there! emoticon The
little critters need you!! along with emoticon yep!!

You have a strong finish to September and have
a POSITIVE start on October! emoticon
