Good morning! I've had another decent week. Yesterday, I got almost 16,000 steps in. It's been so nice out that we've been taking walks as a family daily. My focus this week will be staying in calorie range so I can really see the benefits of all the exercise. Hope you have a great week :)
I'm sorry you had some rough days, but way to go on turning it around. I'm doing really well - I'm down 7 pounds from my high. It has me so jazzed up that I have lots of motivation to continue on my healthy streak!
HA - not a good week. I mean it was a great week because it was my birthday, but it was not good health-wise since I celebrated my bday to the fullest! I'm starting fresh this morning. Have an awesome week :)
Hello :) I'm glad to hear your year is off to a good start! Hopefully you have much less stress this year. Mine is hectic right now, but things will smooth out in a few weeks. My weight is out of control. I'm so tired of starting over. I feel and look miserable. It's beyond time to get myself back into shape.
