Feeling like I need help...like I can't do it alone..

I took some time off of entering my food and activity stats. I think it's because I work on a computer all day long and it's the last thing I want to do at the end of the day. But, I've decided, it's the only way that I am going to be able to stick with it. This time I've got to be true to myself. I'm the only one that counts. I want to live to a good old age, like my Grandma!

I will take all of the encouragement I can get. Even if it's the tough love kind, until I get myself ...

My Goals:
My goal is to lose another 21 pounds, in a safe and healthy manner. As well I want to be able to run, first a 5K, and then we'll see what happens from there.

My Program:
South Beach/Zone Diet combination. Years ago I lost quite a bit of weight following the Zone Diet. It worked well for me, but is very regimented. I've also lost weight on the South Beach Diet, and it too worked for me. I find it easier to follow.

Other Information:
I cannot eat wheat, so I follow a gluten-free diet. I love to cook and bake, and entertain (which sometimes can be challenging because of my wheat-free diet), Love to try new things.
I love softball, ice skating, working out. This year I want to try to get my husband, who is also following South Beach out onto the tennis courts...

so much going on.... When you get a chance read the last 4 blogs. ... they are pretty much a summary of the last 3 or 4 months!
My world is upside down, but I am still here and I am still me at 290 lbs. Up and down 5 or 6 lbs but no recent change.
