I'm a stay at home mom with 4 children. Three girls 20,8,8 and 1 boy 12. I enjoy painting and fitness. I enjoy snowshoeing in the winter and hanging out at the lake in the summer.
And I like a good game of scabble!

My Goals:
Eat clean and stay away from the sweets. No cheating because it causes me to binge.
Begin my weight training again.
Get out on my snowshoes 5 days a week.
Use my stepper 3 times a week.

Weight traing
Snowshoeing

I live in Ontario, Canada, just north of Barrie, in a small town.

Other Information:
My Fave Brown Rice Pudding

2 tsp apple cider vinager
1/4 cup raisons
2 cups cooked br. rice
2 egg whites
1 3/4 cup skim milk
dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
Add apple cider vin. to raisons. Stir rice into egg whites and milk. Mix we;ll
Stir in raisons, cinn. and nutmeg. Cook at low heat, stirring periodically for about 1/2 hour until thick.
I sweeten mine with a little splenda.
Yum!
