To maintain fitness and energy as I age.
I am doing a combination of diet (Slimming World) and strength training . Phase 1 My current program is P90. I've replaced the cardio sections of P90 with high rep kettlebell swings or interval training on my treadmill.
I am from the UK, I moved to Canada about 16 years ago. I live in a small town called Goose Bay in Labrador. I work on the airbase with the Canadian forces.
My hobbies are amateur radio, fitness and dogs.
