To maintain fitness and energy as I age.
I am doing a combination of diet (Slimming World) and strength training . Phase 1 My current program is P90. I've replaced the cardio sections of P90 with high rep kettlebell swings or interval training on my treadmill.
I am from the UK, I moved to Canada about 16 years ago. I live in a small town called Goose Bay in Labrador. I work on the airbase with the Canadian forces.
My hobbies are amateur radio, fitness and dogs.

Thanks also for the comment on my blog post. I am proud of what I have accomplished, I never thought I'd lose the weight I was carrying around. Now after doing this for so long I have to overcome all of the corner cutting I've been doing in the past several months and get myself back on track. But some things are easier said than done!
