Nothing Changes If Nothing Changes...
Hi! My name is Tracy and I live in Pittsburgh, PA. I am a single mom of 2 teenagers, Kayla (18) and Jackie (14). I am also a recovering addict...I just celebrated 2 years clean on August 5th! I've been "sparking" now since April and so far have lost 50 lbs! Spark has completely changed my life! The amount of support we get here is unbelieveable! When I got clean I gained 52 lbs and just couldn't get myself motivated to do anything about it. I had to come to realize that it was going to take a lot more work than just complaining about it in order for things to change. My sister had a been a fellow sparker and introduced me to 2 things...a pedometer and Spark! It was a new beginning for me! I'm now actually ACHIEVING my goals!!! It's an AMAZING feeling! I learned in recovery that NOTHING CHANGES IF NOTHING CHANGES...and now EVERYTHINGS CHANGED BECAUSE I CHANGED IT! THANK GOD! I LOVE SPARK!

My Goals:
I have a bikini in my drawer that misses me horribly and hasn't seen me in almost 2 years! And I just want to not cringe when I look in the mirror or try on clothes!
My Program:
I exercise at least 3 to 5 days a week...I go to the gym and at least get 30 minutes of cardio in or I walk with my sister...I do various strength training depending on the day. . I wear a pedometer and try to get in a minimum of 10,000 steps a day but like to aim for 15,000 when all is said and done. I eat a low fat/high fiber diet and drink a ton of water from the time I get up til the time I go to bed! Portion control and healthy choices also play a big part!

Other Information:
I work full time in hospitality. I am a huge "people person"! I enjoy spending time with my kids and my sister! My addictive behavior has been rechanneled to exercise now! YAY! I like to go to NA meetings for other support I need...Now that I'm almost officially divorced, I'm using the time focus on me!
