Go to the gym 3 days a week for at least 40 minutes of cardio. Working with a trainer 2 days a week. Walking the dog every day. Consuming 1200 calories a day.
I am 47 years old and trying once again to get back in shape. I recently got married, earned my BSN and started a new job. While all of this was happening I packed on 40 pounds without even realizing it. It is time to make changes!
I love to read and learn. I enjoy going to the gym and working out. My favorite things to do for exercise are running and lifting weights. I also like yoga.
