Teeny One's Journey

I've been on a weightloss journey for the best part of the last 7 years. Started about 6 months after my first daughter was born and after about 3 years - and after losing about 29 kilos (63 pounds) - got within about 2 kilos of my ultimate goal weight. I then met my new husband and have been putting the weight back on for the last 4 years. I'm ready to change and to become the person I know I should be. I'm aiming to lose 19 kilos (41 pounds) and I would like to get there this year. But ...

Hi there. The scale is finally creeping back down. Ive signed up for a 10k in 6 weeks. Thats got me on track again and at the track. Spring is coming to Colorado! thanks for the uplifiting note. Keep it up girlie!

It's tough bein' a mommy, working, and runnin' a house then making time for running too! You know how we make a to-do list? Add healthy meals and cardio or strength training to your list of errands so you can check it off too! You'll get back to your goal weight this year for sure! Thanks for the post!
