My Goals:
My goals are to make new beginnings in my life. I recently moved to Nashville . . . one new beginning accomplished. Now my goals are to make new friends and loose the weight that has long been my nemisis. This will be the year. I can feel it.
My Program:
I am counting calories, but I am doing it on the Fitday site as all my favorite foods and recipies are all set up there already. I am going for an average of 1400 to 1500 calories, leaving room to follow my inclinations, meaning that I have some 1100-1200 calorie days and others that top 2000. I am going for the average. This allows me to follow my body's inclinations that day.
