Move More Eat Less -- Winter 5% Challenge

Hi. I'm a 50+ woman, happily married with two wonderful granddaughters. I love my life.

My body is now happy at 170. It is an okay weight for me but I would like to take it down to 160. I have been down as low as 157. To stay in the 160s is work. And I am sometimes very lazy even though I enjoy working out.

I need challenges to keep me motivated. I am ready to see the 160s again on a consistent basis.

My goal this challenge is to become obsessed ...

My Goals:
5% Challenge Commitment:
I will exercise a minimum of 5 days a week to include 2 days yoga, 5 days cardio (stair stepper, elliptical, treadmill, rower), and 3 days strength training.
I will follow Weight Watchers.
To support my team I will actively post and get to know them better through visits to their Spark pages, blogs, etc.

My Program:
*Minimum 5 days of exercise a week for at least 30 minutes

*Weight Watchers

*Being an active member on my Daisy 5% Challenge team

Lol...were sitting in the bleachers waiting for the start also. Baumgartner was lights out last night. Should be a fun game.
