A new year to new beginning's on this lifestyle change.

I would like to say that i want to lose some weight about 57 pounds that would put me at 148 and than if i am not happy there than i will go down to 135 and be healthy. I live in Wild and Wonderful West Virginia and i have been married for 15 years and we have been together 20 years and we renewed our wedding vows for our 13 year anniversary and i have a 12 year old son and he's my world he is in the 7th grade, and i have 2 step daughters that i have grown very close too and i have 3 grand ...

I live in Wild and Wonderful West Virginia and i have been married for 15 years and we have been together 20 years and we renewed our wedding vows for our 13 year anniversary and i have a 12 year old son and he's my world he is in the 7th grade, and i have 2 step daughters that i have grown very close too and i have 3 grand son's and 2 grand daughters, and i take care of the elderly right now and i love my lady i take care of i have been with her for going on 10 years and i want to stay focused and put me first and have made some changes and hope this help's me, i am a certificated Medical Assistant but i had trouble with my foot so i can't stay on concrete long periods of time. I have been yo-yoing for way to long its time to put all this behind me and move forward and work on me i no i can do this. I no i keep saying this over and over but my health is getting worse and i want to be here for my son and hubby and my grand babies and my step daughters. And hubby has joined me on this lifestyle change and he has lost weight and got his blood work down to normal. And also son eats healthy most of the time, and he also has adhd and i have a lot to deal with when he isn't on his medication but we are doing better now. And we go 4 wheeling a lot and camping love them both and we spend a lot of time at the cabin that we have been working on sent Feb 2014 and it is finished.

My Goals:
Is to be heathier and happier with my self and to see weight loss results and not to give up on losing this weight. Try for 6 days a week to workout.

My Program:
I will start walking every day for 6 days a week and i will work out with my dvd's and treadmill and i will do cardio and strength training i don't like strength training but will do it.

Personal Information:
Having a great time with hubby and very much in love!!!Anything outdoors, nascar, four wheeling,and playing pool, camping, gardening.


Other Information:
I love my life and going to start getting things right with god and reading my bible and hope to walk in a church this year i don't belong to any but i am still a good person and try to live my life right.

A warm welcome to our team/ challenge. our team is one made up of many people with the same goals more or less. all looking to be thinner and healthier.
we will be here for u to encourage u, motivate u, and inspire u to be the best that u can be.
this journey that we chose, is not easy one but together we will help u get to where u want to be weight wise.

first , we encourage u to come in daily and post, post, post. u will not only be helping urself by being accountable but u will be helping to encourage others along the way.

Secondly, we want u to tell us about ur triumphs and failures. we can all learn from each other. we will be here to listen no matter what the case may be. we are here for u to vent, cry, talk or whatever. we look forward to getting to know u. and if we can inspire u to lose weight in the process, well we've done our job.i know together we can make this team a team that we can be proud of.

Lastly, i encourage u to purchase an inexpensive food weight, measuring spoons, and measuring cups. it will make tracking your food easier and u will learn portion control.
if u only learn portion control, that is half the battle. most people dont even know what a portion looks like. so do ur self a favor and get this tools.

Finally, drink ur 8 glasses of water everyday, they will help flush away those pesky calories. Any fluids that contain no calories, seltzer, tea, coffee, and like crystal light counts as water. (no Sodas) 3 sodas =453 that equals one meal. i personally would rather eat food that drink soda. with that said.......
