I would like to say that i want to lose some weight about 48 pounds that would put me at 148 and than if i am not happy there than i will go down to 135 and be healthy. I live in Wild and Wonderful West Virginia and i have been married for 17 years and we have been together almsost 21 years and we renewed our wedding vows for our 13 year anniversary and i have a 14 year old son and he's my world he is going into the 9th grade, and i have 2 step daughters that i have grown very close too and i have 3 grand son's and 2 grand daughters, and i take care of the elderly right now and i love my lady i take care of i have been with her for going on 13 years . And i want to stay focused and put me first and have made some changes and hope this help's me, i am a certificated Medical Assistant but i had trouble with my foot so i can't stay on concrete long periods of time. I have been yo-yoing for way to long its time to put all this behind me and move forward and work on me i no i can do this. I no i keep saying this over and over but my health is getting worse and i want to be here for my son and hubby and my grand babies and my step daughters. And hubby has joined me on this lifestyle change again so we are going to do this together. And also son eats healthy most of the time, and he also has adhd and i have a lot to deal with when he isn't on his medication but we are doing better now and also in April my son has Type 1 diabetic and takes 5 shots a day but doing really good his A1C's where 18 and now they are 8 so i am really glad of this. And we go 4 wheeling a lot and camping love them both and we spend a lot of time at the cabin . We have been spending some awesome times at the cabin and loving it. I would live over at the cabin if hubby would a beautiful place to spend some family time there.

My Goals:
Is to be heathier and happier with my self and to see weight loss results and not to give up on losing this weight. Try for 6 days a week to workout.

My Program:
I will start walking every day for 6 days a week and i will work out with my dvd's and treadmill and i will do cardio and strength training i don't like strength training but will do it.

Personal Information:
Having a great time with hubby and very much in love!!!Anything outdoors, nascar, four wheeling,and playing pool, camping, gardening.

Other Information:
I love my life and going to start getting things right with god and reading my bible and hope to walk in a church this year i don't belong to any but i am still a good person and try to live my life right.
