To a new chapter in my life of weight loss!

I would like to say that i want to lose some weight about 49 pounds that would put me at 148 and than if i am not happy there than i will go down to 135 and be healthy. I live in Wild and Wonderful West Virginia and i have been married for 14 years and we have been together 20 years and we renewed our wedding vows for our 13 year anniversary and i have a 12 year old son and he's my world he is in the 6th grade, and i have 2 step daughters that i have grown very close too and i have 3 grand ...

I live in Wild and Wonderful West Virginia and i have been married for 14 years and we have been together 20 years and we renewed our wedding vows for our 13 year anniversary and i have a 12 year old son and he's my world he is in the 6th grade, and i have 2 step daughters that i have grown very close too and i have 3 grand son's and 2 grand daughters, and i take care of the elderly right now and i love my lady i take care of i have been with here for going on 9 years and i want to stay focused and put me first and have made some changes and hope this help's me, i am a certificated Medical Assistant but i had trouble with my foot so i can't stay on concrete long periods of time. I have been yo-yoing for way to long its time to put all this behind me and move forward and work on me i no i can do this.I no i keep saying this over and over but my health is getting worse and i want to be here for my son and hubby and my grandbabies and my step daughters. And hubby has joined me on this lifestyle change and he has lost weight and got his blood work down to normal. And also son eats healthy most of the time, and he also has adhd and i have a lot to deal with when he isn't on his medication but we are doing better now. And we go 4 wheeling alot and camping love them both.

My Goals:
Is to be heathier and happier with my self and to see weight loss results and not to give up on losing this weight. Try for 5 days a week to workout.

My Program:
I will start back walking every chances the weather permits me too and i will work out with my dvd's and treadmill and i will do cardio and stength training.

Personal Information:
Having a great time with hubby and very much in love!!!Anything outdoors, nascar #5 Kasey Kahne, football, four wheeling,and playing pool, camping.


Other Information:
I enjoy listening to rock and country but not into rap, and my favorite songs are 3 doors down "Here without you" Kid Rock "all summer long" Alter Bridge" before tomorrow comes"
and Hinder "Lips of an angel" , " I miss you in a heart beat " Def Leppard.
