My Goals:
I would like to be able to finish the Warrior Dash in February of 2014. Losing about 25+ pounds would go a long way to reaching this goal.

My Program:
Hiking once per week.
Walking 3 miles at least 3 times per week.
Weight training at least 3 times per week.

Personal Information:
I have 4 kids, ranging in ages from 9 to 15. We currently live on the island of O'ahu in the Hawaiian island chain. I am a college student and a girl scout leader, as well as being a military wife. It's busy!

Maybe you can write down your food and exercise in a little notebook so when you do have time to get on the computer you can enter into your trackers quickly. I used a notebook for a couple months before I found this site and while it's not as easy, it's still tracking and it counts.
