Shaking things up for my 6 month Sparkversary!
THE PLAN * Exercise minimum of 5 hours per week *Stay within calories 7 days a week *Spend less time "socializing" on SP and more concentrating on my goals. *Pray for SP friends to succeed but don't get discouraged when they aren't motivated to follow their plan (it is their choice). *Keep my weight loss goals as my top priority, so I can succeed at this. Don't get distracted.. THE REWARDS Daily rewards: Stay within calories=15 ...

THE REWARDS Daily rewards: Stay within calories=15 mins of game time Excercise= 15 mins game time Weekly rewards: Stay within calories all week=new song download for i-pod 5 hours of exercise in a week= new song for i-pod Monthly rewards: Stay within calories 90% (still an A) of the month and exercise 18 hours for the month=new game for phone. Weight rewards: ( I am going to reward myself on the 5's to keep things simpler.) 215-fitness wear 210-new outfit 205-fitness wear 200-new outfit & more new clothes that should be badly needed (heading to 100ville) 195-fitness wear 190-new outfit 185-fitness wear 180-new outfit 175-fitness wear 170-Goal! Lots of new clothes Then I will reevaluate my goal weight, may want to drop some more. 1 year @ goal: get some saggy skin pulled up!!!

My Goals:
WHEN I FIRST JOINED SP THEY INSTRUCTED ME TO CHOOSE A SONG-I CHOSE " I HAVE BEEN BLESSED". I AM SO BLESSED, GOD HAS GIVEN ME A WONDERFUL HUSBAND, 2 GREAT SONS, 2 ADORABLE GRANDSONS AND 2 LOVING GRAND DAUGHTERS, AS WELL AS MANY OTHER VERY SPECIAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS. THESE RELATIONSHIPS ARE MY GREATEST BLESSINGS BUT I HAVE ALSO BEEN BLESSED WITH A NICE HOME, CARS, ALL THE TRAPPINGS. MY GOAL HAS ALWAYS BEEN TO BE A BLESSING TO OTHERS ,AS WELL, AND I THINK I HAVE BEEN SOMETIMES. I BELEIVE THAT THROUGHOUT THIS WEIGHTLOSS JOURNEY I WILL HAVE OPPORTUNITIES TO BLESS OTHERS WITH INSPIRATION AND MOTIVATIN THAT CAN HELP THEM BECOME THE PEOPLE THEY WANT TO BE WHILE I ACHEIVE THE HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AND HEALTHY BODY THAT I NEED.
My Program:
I AM TRYING TO BE HEALTHIER BY REDUCING THOSE CALORIES AND INCREASING THE EXERCISE, MY HUSBAND SAYS "YA GOTTA PAY THE RENT", HE IS RIGHT, OF COURSE!
Personal Information:
I WAS BORN AND HAVE SPENT MOST OF MY LIFE IN THE SUBURBS OF ST. LOUIS, MO. MOST OF OUR FAMILY ON MY SIDE AND OUR CHILDREN LIVE IN THE AREA AS WELL. MY HUSBANDS SIDE OF THE FAMILY AND MY PARTNER IN THIS IN MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY , LIVE IN SOUTHWEST INDIANNA.
Other Information:
MY HUSBAND AND I ARE HAVING A BLAST WORKING OUT ON THE WII FIT, I REALLY HAVE FUN AND WORK UP A SWEAT AT THE SAME TIME, NEVER DREAMED I WOULD BE PLAYING ELECTRONIC GAMES AGAIN.
