I'm 55, three children, four grandchildren and married to a great guy. I'm also not fond of exercising but do know it is important. For me to do exercising--it has to be fun and exciting! My favorite exercise is power walking. Even as a child/teen I have always gone on walks. I have learned to enjoy strength exercising and follow dvds/you tube videos ; Wii Fit Plus, Zumba, ballroom dance are other fun exercises I enjoy doing.
