The Never-Ending Journey

Hi, my name is Terri. I had lost over 75 pounds, but I have regained some of the weight back the past couple of years. My Goals:
I began losing weight in June 2003 when I weighed 214. I initially reached my goal of 140 in January 2005. My lowest weight was 137. My goal is to stay within 135-145.

My Program:
I have returned to doing the things that allowed me to lose weight initially and it seems to be working.

Tracking what I eat and exercising with Leslie and The Firm are what will get and keep me where I want to be.

Personal Information:
I''m 31, and from Louisiana. I''m a medical technologist. I enjoy Leslie Sansone and The Firm workouts. I love figure skating, shopping, traveling, reading, surfing the internet, and being at home.
