I am a mom of two teenagers. Married to my high sweetheart. I am tired of starting over so I am not going to anymore. I am re-committing myself to 10,000 steps per day, and strength training 3-5 times per week. I do not have a weight goal but a goal where I feel my best!

I am going to school at Kaplan University to get my Bachelor's in Health and Wellness. Excited to learn even more about the body and how to make it even better!

My Goals:
I want to be 120-130 pounds and become a personal trainer! I also want to support my fellow Sparkers and let them know they can do it!!

My Program:
I will exercise 5- 6 days per week for at least 60 minutes per day. I will also eat a heart healthy meal and drink at least 64 ounces of water daily.

I live in the West Valley of Arizona. I am originally from Nebraska. We moved to Arizona to be closer to my family and the nicer weather was a big selling factor. I love NASCAR & dirt track racing.

My children and husband are my life. I stay home with them. I guess not staying home with them because they are 19 and 16. I just want to be active in their life and make sure they make good choices.

I'm obsessed with Green Monster smoothies! I've had it on a Pinterest board for a year or so, and never tried it until a couple weeks ago. I've wanted to do Shakeology forever, but I can't fit it into my budget, so I decided to try this instead. There are lots of varieties, but this is the basic recipe:

1 cup almond milk (or any milk really, any flavor)
1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
1 banana, sliced and frozen ahead of time
1 tbs peanut or other nut butter
Fresh spinach

Add everything except spinach, then fill the rest of the blender with the fresh spinach leaves (about 2 huge handfuls). I wanted it a little sweeter, so I started adding a tablespoon of honey, then realized it was less calories to just use regular vanilla almond milk instead of the unsweetened vanilla I was using, and I love it. It definitely helps with sugar cravings, is very filling, and does NOT TASTE HEALTHY but still gives me lots of veggies. It's not as amazingly nutritious as Shakeology, but I'm happy with it for now!
