Getting My Groove Back
I知 realizing that each setback provides me opportunity to recover. And each time I recover from a bout with damaging habits, I壇 soon give up after hitting another challenges. This time I知 looking for the tools to help me grow stronger. The route to my goal is not a straight line. I知 realizing that each setback provides me opportunity to recover. And each time I recover from a bout with damaging habits, I壇 soon give up after hitting another challenges. This time I知 looking for the tools to help me grow stronger. The route to my goal is not a straight line. This time I realize that there will be many times along the way when I値l find myself off course. When that happens, it can seem like my destination is unreachable. Doubt, fear and apathy will take hold of me if I let them. I致e resolved that the key is not to let them. For as hopeless as the situation may feel, there are actions that I need to take that will enable me to quickly get back on track. Get my groove back! Realizing that stress, fear of layoffs, economic setbacks, and poor eating habits have gotten me off track, but I realize that this can provide me with a way to move more effectively forward. I知 quickly getting my groove back, and feeling the new strength I知 gaining. Based on my rekindled goal, I'm challenging myself to the following: 1. Stop drinking sodas 2. Avoiding chips, cookies, and ice creams 3. Avoiding coffee - this will be hard! I'm committing myself! 3x per week RunP3 program (MP3), walking daily, 10,000 steps, squeezing in workouts, Fat burning strength training (see Shape Mag) 3x/week for first 3 months.
