My Goals:
I have reached almost all of my goals. I have achieved good health, I am within 10 lbs. of goal weight, have had tummy tuck and arm lift. I am happy with my life.

My Program:
 I am trying to just watch my proteins and carbs. I do aerobics three days a week. I also do stretching and toning two days a week and line dancing classes one day a week.

I know what u mean.. I've been at this weight thing for along time too..

On the Biggest Loser ,they say stress is very bad for losing weight so let's try not to stress over the scale, all we can do is try..
