i have been on spark people before many years ago. I am coming back now because between stress of having to move and getting out of a bad relationship last year... and having a baby ive gained 147 of 200 lbs back that ive lost. Im focusing on diet right now and when im healed a little more from baby will add exercise-starting with walking around apartment complex. RIght n ow my goals are more veggies!! starting first of year walking will come into play.

I want to learn to deal with my emotions in a more effective way. I have also found celebrate recovery for my food addicition and co dependency issues.

Howdy I am starting again to after gaining back the 60 lbs I lost. I know its not going to be easy but we can do it one small step at a time. Learn to love the journey too and not just look forward to the goal. I hope you have a great weekend. emoticon
