About Me

I am 41yrs old. I was in a car accident about 14 yrs ago. I lost the lower left side from that half of my pelvic, hip and lft leg. My right shoulder and hip were broken also. I am in horrible pain most of the time. The last 2 yrs were worse on me than the others. Because of the pain and having to stay in bed or getting over surgery I have gained over 150lbs. Its hard to find exercises that I can do with only the minimum pain. I joined SparkPeople in hopes of finding some emotional support as ...

HI hon !! WELCOME TO SPARKS !! I SURE HOPE ur A PART of Sparks still??? Write back to me,,, remind me of who you are,,,,,,for I have memory issues,,,and forget fast !! UGHERS HUH? ALSO From a car accident I was in/ 18 wheeler hit us back in 92, so if ANYONE EVER tells you "Get over it" tell them to EXCHANGE LIFE WITH YOU For a few days " !!! For I also use a chair outside of my apt,,and at times also inside. It depends on the amount of pain, and how much I 'can tolerate" and if my foot is "going to brewak or not" at that time.

I have some exercise you CAN DO that re NOT just "video's" YEAH YEAh YEAH !! Its on a team you may LOVE to join !! Its the "Losing and Disabled" team. SO PLEASE put that into the SPARKS Search bar (NOT ur Regular seach, but SPARKS ) and than JOIN the team ! WOOHOOOOOO !! On there LQQK ME UP !! Dianedoessmiles. :)

I'll help you find the list of exercise that you can do,,, (They are ALL sitting down) but, I'll go thru them quickly for you,,,and see which ones are 'pictures" with words,,,, so you need NOT deal with videos.
