Cross training is awesome! Awesome going with getting in The Firm Cardio!

lol I think why The Strength DVD goes do slow is because that's a tuff tuff workout! and its 60 minutes long! emoticon

Today I did Ripped With Hiit Back and biceps... the workout is actually back, biceps and shoulders but I already did shoulders with my triceps on chest the other day and I am still SORE so I skipped that part. But it was still a very great workout! loved it!! emoticon

Last night I did 10 minutes on the elliptical...10 minutes of intervals....1 minute on level 5 the next on level 10....that hurt!!

Awesome workout you got in! Yesterday I got in a lot of walking and htat was it and today I cleaned house..big time! Its all clean! emoticon

lol on the zumba thing...yeah zumba makes me feel like I have 2 left feet at times. I do so love all firm.....did you see the firms newer set the Zip trainer I think its called?

Yesterday I had a very long day but I did get in tons of walking emoticon

Hey you!! emoticon How was your day?? Today I did Turbo Fire Fire I remember that not so long ago it was just pure fun! I died today!! I sooooo have got to work up to that again! No more slacking for me lol emoticon then I had to go into after and get my tire fixed so while they worked on the tire I went for a 20 minute power walked...went to a store that was 10 minutes away from the tire shop looked around the store for a bit then power walked back...I felt energized emoticon just like that lol
