So I work in an office, I sit on my bum for a good 6 1/2 hours, I get home, play with my kids and sit on my bum watching the biggest fattie (loser) while eating fried porkchops.. i do take half mile walks to the grocery store or to the gas station but that nulls itself out when I buy a taquito as a reward. I believe that everything is better Con Queso, (mostly phonetically speaking as I don't generally eat cheese that often) ... so I am prone to say "wow, you lost 120lbs con queso!" .. I guess my goal for 2010 will be to transition from Con Queso to Sin Queso.

Oh.. PS... i've only ever been two shapes in my life, skinny raver twinky or fat daddy twinky ... so I want to beef up that athletic side .. I want to keep up with the kids when they start doing sports con queso.

My Goals:
To be in good shape to do the following : teach my kids how to play sports, be able to join a rec league, be in a shape other than round and in a better health than sickly out of shape. I want to be able to dance dance dance and only break a sweat. I want to be able to fit in all my nice business clothes so I don't have to go shopping ... I WANNA LIVE!

My Program:
Walking, jumping jacks, semi-proper eating, random exercising, strength training using chairs bags and or anything I can find to substitute for actual training equipment.
