Thank you so much! I decided the best way to stay motivated was to do little, attainable goals. For the first 4 years on here, I had my ticker set at 199 and it just felt like it was never moving. Even at 213, it was a lot of ticker between my sweaty little smiley and the end lol. So when I recommitted in November, I changed it to percentage goals. 2 or 3% at a time. It's been going great! It really helps keep me focused.
And of course, me being me, I hit a milestone on the scale, then my body says NOPE, not yet, and bounces back up lol. But I won't give up! I'll just stock up on dramamine and enjoy the ride! lol
