Hi there! I'm a 56 year old lady who has lost 90 bs over the past 1 -1/2 yrs. I'm a native Mainer, now living in south central PA. My Goals:
Be a strong, healthy woman who is unfraid to take chances and live life to the fullest. To be a healthy mom to my children and a positive role model to others. If I can do this anyone can.

My Program:
Tracking calories religiously using Myfitnesspal.

Exercising daily with a combo of circuit training, personal training, walking, running, treadmill. Use Mapmywalk and Fitbit

Taking it day by day and hour by hour

Personal Information:
I'm originally from Southern Maine but now live in South Central PA. Have two terrific adult children who are very supportive. Work for a large publicly held company managing Financial Services and Customer Service. Just starting to dabble in clean eating. Need encouragement to get these last pounds off!

Your welcome. I did the blog for you and others who had questions. I have been changing, revising what I have been eating for a long time. I thought I was a healthy vegetarian, but in reality the processed fake meats and fake substitutes were just as bad as the real stuff or perhaps worse for me. Going back to the way it was created is transforming. Focusing on the quality of the nutrients and making sure your getting them is work, but so worth it.

Thank you so much for your kind words on my blog about my mom and Alzheimer's. I am really sorry for all your mom went through... The comments I am reading on my blog now help me by showing me that I am definitely not alone in this!
Yes, I am lucky to have a great boss who thinks that it is important to take care of one's parents... I don't know how I would have coped otherwise since last summer!
