1.) Walk up a flight of stairs without feeling winded.
2.) Tie or buckle my shoes without having to do a hoisting-of-the-leg-bend-over -sideways-try-to-suck-in- maneuver while almost falling over.
3.) Sit down and not feel my tummy rolls fold over.
4.) Build up enough muscle to help my knees stop hurting.
5.) Gain flexibility to not wake up feeling like every part of my body is a creeky and stiff compacted mess.
Daily... - Drink 8 glasses of water. - Exercise for 30 minutes+. - Count calorie intake.
