I'm doing this for me this time!
Well I've had my 1 month visit with my doctor and she said I lost 11 pounds since the last time I saw here! WHAT! I haven't done that since 2003 when I tried the Atkins Diet (and did NOT like it)! I had my diabetic class and they tell you actually how much carbs you can have each meal and boy! I've lost that much weight already! YEAH! I'm definitely keeping up with this because I fell SO MUCH BETTER! My clothes are coming off me already!:)
