Carrie,
Either of those games sounds great. We didn't get a new game set up for April so you can start it and make sure to post a sticky to it.

I had a fantastic Mother's Day, thank you. I'm going to relay everything on the ROLL CALL. I actually see my therapist tomorrow. I'm sure that once I have my meds adjusted things will get much better. I exercised for about 15 minutes today and so far the eating is under control, but this is the first day. Time to get on the health train.

Yesterday was a terrible day. Not enough exercise and way to much food and the food was mostly carbs and fat. I really don't know what is up with me. I think its depression. I've been doing to much for everybody else and not taking care of myself. I see my psych this coming week and she is going to adjust my meds. I'm sure it will make a difference. Until then I need to be a bit more responsible. it helps to have friends like you to check in on me. Today is a great day. Its Friday which is Mom's day. Went to pick up food today and they were having a Mother's day party. You were supposed to sign up ahead of time but the lady just let me in. There was food (didn't eat much) a band and singing. I danced a bit (burned some calories). It was fun. I got a bunch of books from my neighbor. Bags and bags of them (burned more calories). There in great shape and I'm going to donate them to the Senior center. They have a honor system library for the seniors. In a couple of hours I'm going to dinner with Mom. I'm really in the mood for salmon. Sunday we are taking Mom to brunch. My daughter and her family will be coming too. emoticon emoticon emoticon
