My Program:
I follow the competitor's programming at Crossfit Southie.

I train up to twice a day, 2 - 3 days a week.

Monday - Crossfit + gymnastics training

Tuesday - Crossfit

Wednesday - Crossfit

Thursday - hot yoga + gymnastics training

Friday - Crossfit

Saturday - Crossfit

Sunday - REST!!

I eat mostly clean, unprocessed foods but I do drink (tequila or cider) on Saturdays with my friends and when I do cheat it's with something sweet. Overload of dairy and gluten are not my friends.

Hey Woman!!! Based off of your last email, I downloaded and did your 5 favorite Booty exercises workout and ya got me, girl! That was a great workout and One i"ll be using 2 times a week. Just my style these days being preggo!

Just read your last blog. I have always said that us women are our worst enemies. You hit the nail on the head. What is wrong in being healthy and feeling good about yourself and not having the ideal so called perfect body. Your client improved her life. She feels great, she is eating healthy which will improve her overall daily life but because she didn't drop weight fast negative comments were thrown out there just to shake her confidence. Seriously so frustrating and yes very juvenile.
I just returned to being a more fit me after a year and a half absence - stress and depression really affected me.
I began running for the first time in my life in June and have signed up for a half marathon on October 19th :). I am feeling great, running 4 to 5 times a week with short runs and my weekly long run doing the Jeff Galloway program.
The weight scale hasn't budged yet - and yes i eat extremely healthy - no red meat, no white stuff, no dairy and allergic to eggs so yes clean eating all the way.
I am much toner and best of all my asthma has improved drastically. I stated with a 1 min run 1 min walk, I am up to 8 min run 1 minute walk and next week the 9:1 is coming :)
