Think you have no time to exercise?

I'm a full time PhD student and a science researcher. Commuting more than 10 hours a week to school, back for work, and teaching. I have a dietary condition called malfunctioning sphincter of oddii where I can't process fatty acids (makes me sick!) so I have a low fat diet.

I teach cardio kickbox which I love and I'm a wellness coach. I'm here for me, and to keep an eye on you!

Thanks for the comment on my blog! yep! I watched LIFEGENESIS's video on the Warrior Dash and that's why I added you :) Thanks also for the advice! I've got LOTS of time to train for it (September for my area, Thank Goodness!!!) but I don't plan on using any of that time to slack off. Have you heard of Tough Mudders? I think that's what it's called (here's a link - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=trIzWh4ICH0
) It looks crazy and I'm waaayyy not up for it yet but I thought I'd share none the less :)

The 10th - I had left-over turkey burger spaghetti for lunch and the steak for dinner. I took 1 bite of lentils and gagged so it wasn't worth tracking but it's written in the "notes" section. We did the turkey-burger / rice noodle spaghetti on Sunday, turkey BLTs on Monday, seasoned steak with the lentils and potatoes Tuesday, Sam City on Wednesday, Burgerville veggie burgers Thursday and REAL hamburgers Friday. Saturday we will be doing pork marsala (lots of mushrooms) with mashed potatoes/cauliflower and baked butternut squash. We're not lying :-)
