Hi everyone!

I'm a 29-year-old mommy of two boys. Ethan is 7 1/2 and Nolan is 4. I married my best friend on October 27, 2006 but we have been together since 2005. Grew up in Michigan but living in central Illinois. I'm trying to get back to a weight I'm comfortable with after slacking after my first pregnancy. Along with that, I just want to implement healthier eating and overall healthy lifestyle into our family's household!

I'd love to buddy up with you. I weighed myself this a.m. and it was 159.4. I started about 3.5 years ago here and lost 28 lbs. in 4 months and then had an accident and slowly gained it all back. I know I can do it again, I just need a partner. How can I best help you? I've been eating whatever I want and not really working out. I work full time as a Vice Principal in an urban high school and have flight school on the weekends. Every night I get home and crash on my couch and am snoring around 6:30. It's awful. I know if I drop some pounds and start to work out I'll get my energy back. Today my husband and I went for some long walks on the beach and I did an aerobic work out this a.m.
