I so understand and relate to your last comment. I have made so many changes and overcome so many obstacles and this one continues to kick my ass. I think there must be a reason I'm holding on to the weight but I'll be damned if I know what it is. Feel free to vent anytime. It helps to not be alone in the struggle. Still trying to get back on track....still struggling!

I've been struggling too these last couple of weeks. Trying to get back on track. It feels so good when I'm sticking to a plan but somethng always gets me off track and then it is really difficult to get back. I can't figure out why if it feels so good to be going in the right direction I don't just keep going. I don't get it. Anyway, good to hear from you hope, Good luck getting back to what you want!
