i would like to acheive my size 10/12 goal and reverse the clock back to about 5 years ago.
I am aiming for at least 30 mins exercise each day. i am doing a circuits class once a week this is my fourth week i enjoy it although it is really hard work, i ache for about 3 days after but in different places so it must be working. i am logging all my food and trying to plan each day and allow myself a daily treat also.
