What do you have planned during the challenge? Is there anything we can do to help you?
I MADE both my 5% goals in the Winter and Spring challenges !! So my plan is about the same. To do 60 to 90 mins of exercise a day. I have to break it up,,, am in a cast up to my knee, plus have a back which is very painful, but moving around can help that !! So I usually do 4 times a day of walking, or yoga,, ST Whatever I feel like of 20 min. I am finding things on youtube which are FUN !! I am not sure if your old enough to be familiar with Richard Simmons He does some dancing with people who are overweight. The music are the oldies (60s type thing,, some perhaps 70s,,, I don't know them, but still they are fun) and it just FUN to do !! If I am NOT having fun I stop doing it. I often walk out in the hallway here,,, i can read as I walk,, the time SPEEDS BY QUICKLY !!
Are you all set on what you plan for food? I am sticking by the usual stuff. I am NOT the most the healthiest, but its not pure junk food,,,, I NEED to add in more veggies,, my goal is 3 a day and a fruit for now. It's a slow, but steady progress.
READY??? WE CAN DO THIS !! Just need to stay focused and things DO HAPPEN so when they do,, and they DO ! I blog and am sooo glad others answer with advice which often helps and with CHEERS ! OH YEAH !! Can't go wrong with it !!
