Now that I've completed Mud, Guts, and Glory I am starting training for a Half Marathon.

13 Weeks

Mondays - Strength and Stretching

Tuesdays - 3 mile up to 4 mile run

Wednesdays - 2 mile up to 3 mile run

Thursdays - 3 mile up to 5 mile run + strength training

Fridays - Rest

Saturday - 30 minutes up to 60 minutes Cross training

Sunday - Long run day. 4 miles up to 13.1 miles

Dude, you're continually knocking it out of the ballpark. You have lost 90 pounds!!! That puts my 85 to shame. Good job and thanks for the motivation.
