I had gestational diabetes with all 3 of my children. I am hoping to lose the extra weight I've been carrying around for far too long and push off getting diabetes for quite awhile.
I have added more fruits and vegetables to my diet. I have pretty much cut out all fried foods and sweets. My new year's resolution is to eat fish at least 2 times a week. I need to work on exercising more.
I live in PA. I am married with 3 sons. My husband and I own a restaurant and I teach Family and Consumer Science at a high school.
