Losing weight to increase my fun in life

I lost weight 3 years ago the old fashioned way, counting calories on Sparkpeople. I craved the entire time, then gained it back and then some. May 2, 2015 I started Trim Healthy Mama. As of today, May 15, I've lost a few pounds. More importantly, I've lost my cravings - even when I taste carb & fat ridden foods.

Other goals I want to do at a lower weight:
Hike the Blue Beaver Trail up Lookout Mountain.
Spend a night at the Hike-Inn.
Swim with the manatees in ...

My Goals:
I am not going to try to attain a weight within a healthy range as defined by all of the charts. I'm striving for a weight I attained 12 years ago which was about 10 pounds over the Weight Watchers goal. That's what I think is realistic for me.

My Program:
Trim Healthy Mama.
But perfection is not the goal.
I'm tracking my food on Sparkpeople.

30 min. of cardio 5X/week

Personal Information:
I live on top of a mountain, am married, and homeschool my 15 year old son.

Other Information:

Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. Hi there, Molly is doing pretty good...she was at the vet again Tuesday as during the night I think she tried to jump some gates I had up to keep her from going up the stairs - so she hurt her right hip/leg now...but vet gave her pain meds and slowly she is getting better, she isn't crying when she gets up. The vet tech was like and what is Molly here for today, I said I know, she is my problem cat with her health issues.

We had to cancel her trip to Rochester to have a consult about have the esophagus fixed cause of the recent injury, but have rescheduled. I feel bad for her being she is only two and has suffered a lot so far in her short life, the worst being her chronic allergies that she is on allergy treatment shots and steroids for the itching..

My other three cats no issues..but my Molly Dolly suffers..thanks for asking.

I'm so worried about my Molly, last two days she hasn't been eating hardly at all and her allergies are full blown, licking herself to death. I'll probably have take her to the vet, she is losing weight to....poor thing is only two and can't enjoy her life as a healthy cat.

Of course you can! You've already lost 10 pounds and I'll bet your are eating smart, a food plan you can stick with forever -- or maybe with just a few more bites of food. Think of yourself in maintenance NOW. Just keep it up. The body that your eating supports will slowly come into view!!! emoticon
Regards, Marsha

PS Thanks for the goodie and the support!!
