Hi, it is very hard to be vegan. I tried once but am working on vegetarian. I do eat fish though. I have not eaten red meat in a year and am trying to find recipes that work for me. I am diabetic so can't eat too many potatoes.
Good luck on your journey to good health. I find tracking food in the tracker to be the most helpful.
