- Trying to walk 10,000 steps a day
- plus other activities, like skipping, gardening,
- 5 portions of fruit & veg
- less snacking!!!

Even though you are so busy, you are still managing to record your steps, and you're getting some nice steady steps in - well done for your efforts and keep doing whatever you can - you're doing just fine.

Its wonderful having your continual participation with the team and well done for joining in with the Personal steps challenge for July and you are off to a fab start! If you can throw in a few jumping jacks at intervals that will help to increase your heartrate and burn a few extra cals, just put an X and the number jumped beside your daily totals!

I'll do my best to keep an eye on your progress throughout the month and support you along the way. Keep this initial focus and you'll look back on this month feeling so proud.

So pleased you are joining in with the June Challenge - its going to be great! Our 6th month into the year and halfway done.............. Enjoy the season and stay well and healthy through your walking achievements.
