Time to stop being lazy!

My name is Steve and I'm trying to get fit and healthy again after a couple of years of laziness!
I lost 24lbs but now I've been bad and put 14lbs back on again. Time to kick it into another gear with my 30th this year and my wedding next year!

My Goals:
I'm looking to lose about 35lbs to start off with then we'll see how I look and feel when I get there!

My Program:
I'm aiming for a calorie deficit, gym sessions and running. I'm aiming to train for a 10k in July and a half marathon in October for health and happiness throughout my life.
