Was hopeful for the challenge but not starting off well. It's raining - so exercise postponed, had cake and ice cream for breakfast - okay not over calories yet but did put a major dent in what I could have. Got take care rest of day. Working from home - so keep your fingers and toes cross for me.

How long did it take to get 901 miles? Sounds pretty good. You look very good. You don't appear or even sound old enough to have a son who is old enough to buy a house. I did the Cleveland Rite-Aid Marathon in 2012 - it was a kinda warm day. Of course I went to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame and I even drove to Canto, Ohio - I'm a real Football fan. I understand about SP - it can be time consuming and add to your stress level. I come on once a day and then that's it. I;m trying to limit my visit to one hour. I couldn't do this on a phone - I've got an iphone so maybe a Galaxy would be different. I've been enjoying using the mobile app to scan stuff when I track my meals. The holidays are coming - I've tested some solar lights I bought and I just thought I need to get the lights and yard decorations down. We may go to my sister in MD for Christmas.
