My Program:
Eating plan=
Eat to Live
CARDIO: 5-6 times a week.
Walk-Bike-Dance-Swim-Cleaning
Weight lifting & body toning 3 times a week= 120 minutes weekly minimum.
Stretching/yoga everyday for at least 10 minutes.



Personal Information:
I am 53. 5'5" and 1/2 inch-used to be 5'6" tall.
Mom to 4 (1 at home working 2 in college and 1 in high school) and married to the same man now for 23 years in a row.
I believe every day should have some fun in it.


Other Information:
I love to read thrillers and suspense such as Jeffrey Deaver and the Douglas&Preston Novels. I love Agent Pendergast! Also love movies...too many to name here.....
I love Zombie movies,action films and anything that makes me laugh.

Thanks so much for commenting on my blog ~ you've done well with 4 of them so obviously you know where of you speak!!! Yes, it is interesting when they do come face to face with the realities of life & we can't continue to protect them any more. Of course, I'm hoping that she gets stronger from learning to deal with the truth & the hardships, but that she also finds the joy & the goodness in life! I appreciate you reaching out!
