My Goals:
Goal weight: 123-128 by 8/23/13 Jan. stick to exercise schedule. Track food -met goals Feb: To be out of the 170's YES!-2/18/13 and .... May- be into the 150's Other Goals- Declutter and organize house Draw and illustrate- get work and promote myself as an illustrator -become illustrious and industrious!
My Program:
CARDIO: 5-6 times a week. Weight lifting & body toning 3 times a week. Stretching/yoga everyday for at least 5 minutes. Eat food- Mostly plants. Not too much. about 8 servings of veggies- 2-3 fruits 3-4 servings lean protein 2 servings complex carbs about 100- 200 calories of good fats like avocado,coconut, raw nuts and or seeds.
Personal Information:
I believe every day should have some fun in it.
Other Information:
I love to read thrillers and suspense such as Jeffrey Deaver and the Douglas&Preston Novels. I love Agent Pendergast! Also love movies...too many to name here..... I love Zombie movies,action films and anything that makes me laugh.
