My Program:
CARDIO: 5-6 times a week.
Weight lifting & body toning 3 times a week.
Stretching/yoga everyday for at least 5 minutes.

Eat food-
Mostly plants.
Not too much.
about 8 servings of veggies-
2-3 fruits
3-4 servings lean protein
2 servings complex carbs
about 100- 200 calories of good fats like avocado,coconut, raw nuts and or seeds.



Personal Information:
I believe every day should have some fun in it.


Other Information:
I love to read thrillers and suspense such as Jeffrey Deaver and the Douglas&Preston Novels. I love Agent Pendergast! Also love movies...too many to name here.....
I love Zombie movies,action films and anything that makes me laugh.
