My Goals:
Walk, swim,bike,weight lift and stretch my way to health all the while fueling myself on a whole foods plant based diet!


My Program:
Eating plan=
Whole Food- plant based!
CARDIO: 5-6 times a week.
Walk-Bike-Dance-Swim-Cleaning
Weight lifting & body toning 3 times a week= 120 minutes weekly minimum.
Stretching/yoga everyday for at least 10 minutes.



Personal Information:
I am 54.
5'5"
Mom to 4. Married to the same man now for 23 years in a row.
I believe every day should have some fun in it.


Other Information:
I love to read thrillers and suspense such as Jeffrey Deaver and the Douglas&Preston Novels. I love Agent Pendergast! Also love movies...too many to name here.....
I love Zombie movies,action films and anything that makes me laugh.

I never have problems getting my fruits and veggies in unless I'm sick. If you do the South Beach diet for any length of time it becomes ingrained. I used to eat even more every day but I was eating too much fiber and not tolerating it.
