My Goals:
Weigh in on Sept. 23, 2015
I am working towards being in the 120's.



My Program:
Eating plan=
Eat to Live -80/20
CARDIO: 5-6 times a week.
Walk-Bike-Dance-Swim-Cleaning
Weight lifting & body toning 3 times a week= 120 minutes weekly minimum.
Stretching/yoga everyday for at least 10 minutes.



Personal Information:
I am 53. 5'5" and 1/2 inch-used to be 5'6" tall.
Mom to 4 (1 at home working 2 in college and 1 in high school) and married to the same man now for 23 years in a row.
I believe every day should have some fun in it.


Other Information:
I love to read thrillers and suspense such as Jeffrey Deaver and the Douglas&Preston Novels. I love Agent Pendergast! Also love movies...too many to name here.....
I love Zombie movies,action films and anything that makes me laugh.

you asked which I'd prefer .... well, that would be eating ONE square every 2nd or 3rd day. one of the issues I struggle with is eating in moderation & that's true whether we're talking about healthy foods or junk food or desserts.

ps .... like you, I dropped a couple of teams since it's pretty much all I can do to keep up with *our* team plus a couple where I've made some good friends.
