The year of health

Hello all!

I'm 5'8 and around 135 pounds, and while I'm definitely not "fat," I'd like to be 10-15 pounds less, and to have more muscle. I just moved out of university residence, so now I can actually cook my own food, and I'm excited to get going.

For exercise, I mainly rock climb. I love doing it, and just got my first month pass in three months. I'm going to go three times a week or so. I'm also planning on trying to run, with my boyfriend, at least once a week. ...

For exercise, I mainly rock climb. I love doing it, and just got my first month pass in three months. I'm going to go three times a week or so. I'm also planning on trying to run, with my boyfriend, at least once a week.

Food wise, I'm just planning on cutting down the amounts, and actually keeping track of my calories.

I lost 25 pounds with SparkTeens in high school, so I know I'm capable, and can't wait to get down to where I'm healthier and more comfortable.
