Hey guys :) So... I weigh 135 and I''m 5''8. That''s well within the healthy range but I want to be closer to 120 like I was a year or two ago. I love exercise but I''m lazy and over the past two years I''ve been very focused on school, so I haven''t payed attention to health enough. I recently started climbing and love it.
