10 Pound Project

Hey guys :)
So... I weigh 125 and I'm 5'8. That's technically on the low end of healthy, but I want to lose 5 or so more pounds and tone up (I'm a "skinny fat" person). Two years ago I was 157 pounds, and this weight is the lowest I've been since I was eleven or twelve, but I still feel flabby.
I love exercise but I'm lazy and over the past year I was super focused on school (online Grade 12 requires a loooot of time), so I haven't payed attention to health enough.

I love exercise but I'm lazy and over the past year I was super focused on school (online Grade 12 requires a loooot of time), so I haven't payed attention to health enough.
Finally school is done and I am moving out (house sitting all summer, then going to university), so I finally have some time to focus on health.
Specifically, that of course means my focus needs to be on eating healthier food and exercising. As well as the normal health benefits, I have significant digestive problems. For my whole life, I had a tube in my stomach that helped that, but I now have it out. This means I really need to be healthier even than before.
So, in terms of goals, I want to eat healthier, avoiding sugar (I'm so addicted...), and yeast (I'm sensitive to it), and work out a lot (30 Day Shred, swimming, biking). My Grandparents have a pool and I will be 5km from them this summer, so if I went there and treaded water for 45 min and biked both ways, I'd have great exercise.
