I am 62 years old .Quadruple bypass and heart attack survivor. Since I hit 60 the weight seems to come and stay no matter what I do. I came here almost a year ago and did nothing except possibly get heavier and more out of shape. Now I am tired of being tired. Tired of looking in the mirror and seeing what I have become. The big thing is I am tired of saying tomorrow I will start as tomorrow becomes today and I will wait till tomorrow again. Keep it up and I will run out of tomorrows. My pledge to Peter is eat properly lose weight over time and become fit through proper exercise. Anyone out there that can offer motivation and assistance it will be greatly appreciated.

My Goals:
1) To lose 47 lb by end of Sept.

2) To overcome my health issues

My Program:
Track my food daily on here and in a written journal.

8-10 cups of water daily

Raw food days at least once a week

Read "Younger Next Year"

Exercise 30 min per day 5 times per week

I live in Val Therese ON. Canada. Small place within the boundaries of Sudbury. Should just say Sudbury. I am 65. Bad shape now but will get better.

Other Information:
I am an avid reader. Would actually rather read than walk and there lies the problem.

I actually like to exercise but I hate the get up and start. I tend to start out like the bullet fired into the water. High velocity and slowly sink to the bottom.
